I will not look at your applications if you are under level 10. They will be disregarded if you do not meet the requirement. Elizin/My acceptions do not apply.

Yeah but unfortunately you can seeing as you can only use one emblem once and I think all of them have been used up. Unless this has been changed.
I only have like 16 members in my guild and 3 or so including me are active.
